machines for the confectionery industry: nougat cutter
For the confectionery industry we have created a manual nougat slicing machine made entirely of stainless steel. It allows to cut nougat of different sizes. Cutting table dimensions 600X300mm, carriage stroke 840mm. On request it is possible to customize, and eventually automate the machine.
